1. Introduction
By engaging with Global Trend ("Company"), based in Mumbai, India, clients ("Client") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions governing all digital marketing services provided.
2. Services Provided

Each service will be tailored to the Client’s specific requirements, as defined in the service agreement.
3. Client Obligations
Clients must provide timely, accurate, and complete information necessary for service execution. Clients are responsible for timely feedback and approvals to facilitate project progress.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees will be detailed in the proposal and agreed upon prior to initiation. Payments must be made within 30 days of invoice issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges at the Company's discretion.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all exchanged information as confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
Materials created by Global Trend remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, Clients gain usage rights for delivered materials as specified in the project agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Global Trend’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for the respective service. Global Trend will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients agree to indemnify Global Trend against any legal actions, claims, or liabilities arising from the Client’s use of services provided.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client must pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Amendments
Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

1. Quality Assurance
Global Trend commits to delivering services of high quality and industry standards, continually improving methodologies to include the latest digital marketing practices.
2. Communication
Regular progress updates will be provided to Clients. Client support is available during regular business hours for queries or issues.:

Client data will be handled in strict compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws and will be used exclusively for service delivery. Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit client consent.
4. Dispute Resolution
Global Trend commits to resolving any disputes amicably through direct discussions between both parties. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to legal jurisdiction in Mumbai.
5. Feedback Mechanism
Client feedback is encouraged and will be actively sought by Global Trend. All feedback will be reviewed and addressed promptly to ensure continued service excellence.
